TUSCALOOSA – Melba Diane Allen, age 66, of Tuscaloosa, Ala., died December 10, 2018, at home. Graveside Services will be 3 p.m. Thursday, December 13, 2018, at Memory Hill Gardens with Rev. Melody Traylor of Forest Lake UMC officiating and Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing. In the event of rain, the service will be moved indoors at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Monroe Allen; mother, Oleta Freeman; stepfather, Arley B. Freeman; and sister, Retha K. Hall. Survivors include her brothers, Curtis Freeman (Mary Jo) and Ronnie Freeman (Jan); brother-in-law, Robert Hall (Sherry); nieces, Angie Stevens (Mitch), Melissa Hall, Lori Duffey (DJ) and Melanie Ingle (Jared); nephews, Steven Freeman and Jamey Freeman (Rachel); and special family friend, Wilena Sims. 

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Hospice of West Alabama or an organization you are passionate about.
